C.H.A.O.S. (Christ Has Always Offered Salvation) is the theme of our Middle School Ministry at First Baptist Cumming. Our MS program is for those students in grades 6-8. We have students from all of the Forsyth Co. middle schools as well as home school and Christian schools.

First Baptist has the best Adult volunteers serving in our BFG (Bible Fellowship Groups) on Sunday mornings at 11:00am as well as many that help on Wednesday nights and in mentoring and discipleship groups.

Our Wednesday night program meets from 6:15pm - 7:30pm in the Youth House. We play games and hang out as well as offer a relevant Bible Study for MS students that is applicable to their lives. You will see in the right menu several things that are included in our Wednesday program - Bible Memory, Student of the Week, etc. 

The High School Ministry at First Baptist is called “2:42” based on Acts 2:42 which says “They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”  We want to be a place were Christian students, and students who are not sure about Christ, can come and spend time together learning about Christ and His direction for our lives.  

Wednesday nights are primarily student led and involve games, music and Bible study in a fun, large group environment.  Sunday mornings are a time to get into small groups and get a little deeper into God’s direction for our lives as well as building some great friendship with a smaller group of students of the same age.  These classes are led by an incredible group of adult leaders who love God and teenagers and are gifted at teaching the Bible.  We also do some day and week-long trips that help us grow closer as a group and live out God’s will outside the walls of the church.
